You Cannot Improve What You Do Not Measure

After consulting with hundreds of Human Resources and DEI Professionals, two strong themes emerged: 1) they simply did not have access to DEI data to inform decision making, 2) despite the immense effort and heart put into their work on a daily basis, it was difficult to quantify and demonstrate their impact.

These findings ultimately compelled us to develop our DEI Intelligence Platform which empowers these professionals by giving them easy access to the data they need to quickly diagnose their organizations’ DEI health, and to effectively assess the efficacy of their DEI initiatives. Without quantifiable metrics and easily accessible data most DEI initiatives end up being shots in the dark. Putting data at their fingertips and giving them the ability to set realistic goals, monitor progress over time and make adjustments necessary to stay on track, really enables companies to systemically improve on the status quo.
